Conformity assessment, supply of technological lines, CE mark

We integrate and deliver complete technological lines, together with the CE marking issuing process. The works include design, selection and purchase of devices and other equipment. In addition, we carry out a suitability assessment and revitalization of machines and devices in order to adapt them to the essential requirements in force in the EU and give them the CE mark.

One of the main pillars of our activity is the conformity assessment of machines, devices and technological lines. Our company, supervising the course of investment works, finally develops new or revised documentation based on legal regulations and design principles. The scope of work includes:
● study and control of documentation submitted by suppliers of new and rebuilt elements of a technological line, including machines and other devices and equipment. In addition, study and control of documentation submitted by the Investor, including operation algorithms, P&ID diagrams and other documents;

● project supervision over the course of the investment, including installation of individual system components, cooperation with contractors, based on contracts signed with all parties to the investment;

● control of the safety condition of machines and other equipment of technological lines, keeping the division according to the structure and way of power supply and control. Assessment of the risk level and the safety cards preparation; including control of the structure and operation of individual devices, determination of hazardous zones, additional equipment of devices (e.g. emergency switches). Assessment and analysis of existing safety cards, history of events. Implementation and validation of safety systems;

● coordination of works related to conformity assessment, cooperation with external offices, including Notified Bodies, Customs Office, PIP, etc. Arrangement of equipment documentation with Notified Bodies (e.g. UDT, TUV), industry offices, etc.

● performing the necessary, additional measurements and tests for the technological line and its environment;

● issuing documents as follows:
– Declaration of Conformity for lines that meet the essential requirements set out in EU
regulations,
– Decisions on compliance with the minimum health and safety requirements, in
accordance with state and EU regulations, for lines that do not meet the essential
requirements;
– supply and installation of warning signs. Preparation of documents in accordance with
the relevant regulations, including the issue of the Declaration of Conformity as well as
the issuing the nameplate.
